Communal living is where a group of people live together and share space to make housing more affordable!
Kingsman & Co. focuses on our assisted living community and individuals in need seeking affordable housing.
Who What Where When & How?
We believe in second chances! Our faith and passion for helping those in need has given us a platform to provide affordable housing in a community environment for individuals with similar backgrounds. We aim to help:
- Individuals exiting drug or alcohol rehabilitation programs
- Homeless
- Veterans
- Individuals or couples unable to afford regular housing
We acquire single family homes and create shared, safe and supportive housing with structured living conditions typically in neighborhoods that have easy access to basic resources such as public transportation, grocery, etc. Individuals will typically be set up two per room (or have their own room for certain demographics) and will share the kitchen, living room and bathroom space. Homes will be fully furnished and staffed with an on-site or live-in manager to run the household. We add on simple house rules and shared chores to create the ideal communal living environment. We can also connect you with the resources to help you with your situation. We want to see you succeed!
To qualify for our housing, you will need:
- At least one source of income
- Have an account with a banking institution or a payee
- The ability to follow house rules, share space and chores
- The willingness to start a better life!

Assisted Living Homes provide housing for adult individuals with disabilities needing daily assistance and various levels of medical and/or personal care. These homes are licensed to operate and employ staff 24/7.
Sober House

Our Sober House is a home that provides a safe and supportive environment with structured living conditions for adult individuals that are currently in or completed a drug or alcohol rehab program. It provides transitional housing between these programs and mainstream society. Same genders will be housed together.
